上海无线电二十一厂于 1995 年前后生产的电子琴，基于美得理MC-10主控和MC-9008A FM音源，实际上就是美得理MC-103电子琴的换壳。

此琴音色节奏和功能与雅马哈的PSR-22基本一致，带有音色包络修改功能。此琴曾经出现在王梅贞老师的系列电子琴教学视频中。
